Product Description

VIVEFLEX 200W by Vivechrom is a white fiber-reinforced, cement-based mortar enriched with synthetic resins and special additives for bonding and rendering all types of thermal-insulating panels as EPS, XPS and Mineral wool. It offers high initial and final bond strength, high elasticity and excellent adhesion in multiple substrates such as concrete, bricks, thermal insulation boards. It owns high mechanical resistance and durability against weather changes (hot weather, rain, cold). Easily applied as adhesive mortar or for smoothing and covering thermal insulation boards. CE certified according to ΕΝ 998-1:2016. Part of the ETICS system THERMOPROTECT by Vivechrom.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Cement based substrates must be compact, without cracks, free of dust, salts, grease and any other materials. In case the application is done upon absorbent substrates such as concrete, cement screeds etc. properly saturate the substrate with water, avoiding the presence of standing water.
  • 2. Cleaning
    Tools, buckets, coverings etc. can be cleaned with water as long as is still moist. Once the material dries, cleaning can be done only by mechanical means.
  • 3. Storing
    Remains stable for 12 months from the production date in the original sealed packaging stored in dry place and temperatures between +5°C και +35°C.
