Product Description

VIVEFLEX 100 of Vivechrom is a fiber-reinforced, polymer modifying cement-based mortar for bonding and rendering thermal-insulating panels of expanded polysterene (EPS) and extruded polysterene (XPS).
It exhibits high adhesion on all common substrates in constructions such as concrete, cement screeds, brick walls, renders and wall brick mortars, cement and gypsum boards (properly primed).
It owns good mechanical resistance and durability against weather changes (hot weather, rain, cold). Easily applied as adhesive mortar and as reinforced coating for the anti-cracking resistance layer.
CE marking according to ΕΝ 998-1:2016 and is part of the ETICS system THERMOPROTECT by Vivechrom. Available in white and grey.

Application Description

In a container with 5,5-6lt clean water for the white mortar and 6-6,5lt clean water for the grey mortar, gradually add 25kg of VIVEFLEX 100 powder while continuously stirring with an electric stirrer, at low speed, until a homogeneous sticky paste without lumps is created. Allow the mixture to mature for 5-10 minutes and stir again. The mixture is ready to use. The shelf life of the container is 4-5 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity conditions. Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Surfaces must be flat and firm, solid and without cracks, clean and dry, free of loose materials, dust and oils.
  • 2. Cleaning
    Remove as much material as possible from the tools before
    cleaning them. Clean the tools immediately after use with water and detergent solution.
  • 3. Storing
    Indoors, preferably on pallets, at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C for 12 months from production date.
