Product Description

NEOPAL PRIMER ECO is a micronized acrylic water based primer for walls, with strong adhesion and high penetration. It is certified and fulfills the criteria of the European Union Eco-Label Board. It is odourless and highly recommended for internal areas and especially for inhabited places. Moreover, it is slightly tinted blue, in order to be visible easily and quickly. At the same time, it is perfectly covered even when a white or light shade is applied. NEOPAL PRIMER ECO is suitable for priming of new surfaces, such as plaster, concrete, bricks or walls levelled with putty, which are to be painted with emulsion paints. It stabilises and insulates most porous surfaces already coated with lime or low quality paints and provides excellent adhesion and levelling for the emulsion paint.

Application Description

Prime with NEOPAL PRIMER ECO thinned up to 50% with clean water. For highly absorbing surfaces use it undiluted. Stir well before use. Apply with Roller, Brush

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and salts. Dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used. To fill and coat the surfaces: Use VIVECHROM’s putty NEOPAL STUCCO.
  • 2. Cleaning

Advice regarding disposal and collection should be sought from the local authority • Recover unused paint for re-use • Reuse of paint can effectively minimize the products’ life cycle environmental
